Annual Comprehensive Financial Report

The Westminster Annual Comprehensive Financial Report contains an abundance of information that can be used to evaluate the city's financial condition and its operational and fiscal accountability for the year. The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report provides a comprehensive summary of the city's finances and other relevant information for the audit year, including economic overviews, financial analyses, financial statements, note disclosure, budgetary and other compliance schedules, statistical data and single audit information.

Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting

Section 9.6 of the Westminster City Charter requires the City Manager to submit financial information to the City Council quarterly. In place of quarterly reports, Staff provides the City Council a monthly City Financial Report detailing the financial results of City operations. Westminster Economic Development Authority (WEDA) is a blended component unit of the City and provides separate quarterly financial statements detailing the financial activities of each urban renewal area.
