Welcome to Access Westminster — your one-stop shop for city services in Westminster, Colorado. Access Westminster is a portal that allows residents and business owners to submit service requests and concerns to city staff and officials. Submitted requests are visible on a map so anyone can see if a previous request has been made. You can upload photos and provide location information, as well as track the status of your service request.
Access Westminster is for non-emergency requests and is monitored during regular business hours.
Once you submit a request, staff will acknowledge your request within three business days. If you provide contact information, you’ll receive updates as your request is processed.
