Westminster Public Library is pleased to offer a variety of rooms for use and/or rental. Rooms are available at both College Hill and Irving Street. All users/groups/institutions pay the same fee. Please note that our Meeting and Study Room Policy was updated Jan. 25, 2024.
Our new booking software will launch soon. Starting Wednesday, July 24, the current reservation system will be shut down as we migrate to the new system. No new reservations will be accepted through the website until the new calendar launches Monday, July 29. If you need to make a reservation during the down time, you can call the library meeting room line at: 303-658-2642 or email wpl-intouch@westminterco.gov

College Hill 1st Floor Study Rooms Five small group rooms are suitable for quiet study groups of six persons or less. Study rooms are available for those 12 and older. 1st floor study rooms require a reservation. Equipment: Small table, glass whiteboard, 32 in. Roku Smart TV, Blu-ray player.

The Westminster Public Library welcomes the public to reserve its spaces for programs, meetings, or study on a first-come, first-served basis when such use does not conflict with Library-sponsored programs and services. The Library makes these spaces available on equitable terms to all persons and groups, regardless of opinion or affiliation. Granting the use of its facilities does not imply approval by the Library of the group's meeting or the ideas presented at the meeting.
